The Buyer is obligated to provide the exact delivery address for the goods.
The Buyer is obligated to accept the goods personally. If the Buyer is unable to accept the goods personally and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims against the Seller regarding the goods being delivered to another person.
The goods are delivered to the Buyer by Omniva couriers and parcel machines.
The goods are prepared for the Buyer within 1-4 business days after payment.
Within Lithuania, the goods are delivered within 1-3 business days.
In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the delivery conditions if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
The Buyer must immediately notify the Seller if the package is received in damaged packaging, if there are incorrect items in the received order, or if something is missing.
The Buyer must send an email and provide the Seller with photographs of the damaged packaging and/or item(s).
In the case of returning the goods to the Seller due to the Buyer’s fault, such as an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned to the Seller because they were not picked up from the post office within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the Seller for the cost of reshipping. If the goods were returned from the post office, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods to the Seller. In the case of a repeated refusal by the Buyer to accept the package (i.e., after requesting a refund for the goods), the delivery cost will not be refunded to the Buyer.
